We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team in Oxfordshire You’ll be delivering outstanding food experiences while inspiring your team to reach their full potential in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food that excites and delights our clients and customers.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator.
• Represent Eurest by maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
• Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards, as well as Health & Safety regulations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, kitchen environment
• Strong communication skills, able to build relationships easily.
• An eager, motivated attitude with a drive for excellence
• Confidence in making decisions that benefit both the business and customers.
• The ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and focused.
• Exceptional timekeeping and reliability, with a safety-first mindset
• A genuine passion for food and a desire to succeed in your role.
