What will I be responsible for as a Chef de Partie?

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes in your area of responsibility – following specifications to ensure your Head Chef and Sous Chef can quickly send out meals to a high standard
  • Supporting your Head Chef and Sous Chef in producing a range of specials that enable you to put your spin on things
  • Ensuring Chefs stations are well stocked with anything they may need throughout service
  • Managing and developing any Commis Chefs in your hotel – sharing your knowledge and expertise
  • Ensuring you and your team deliver high standards of food and health and safety regulations – it's not just our customers we want to make smile!

Is Chef de Partie role right for me?

The Chef de Partie we're looking for will have a genuine passion for food and guest experience, a love for creating new things and the ability to keep that chin high through all of the pressure! Being able to keep guests happy and adapt to their needs sometimes means thinking on your feet and that's why you've got to love change – you'll know as well as we do that no two days in a kitchen are the same!

We don't mind if you have experience as a Chef de Partie or if you are a Commis Chef looking for someone to take a chance on you. If that's you and you to read what we're all about and though: ‘Huh! That's just like me!' – Please get in touch!
