Chef de Partie – Fine Dining

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay: £17.24 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our fine dining team in the heart of Canary Wharf. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-end, professional kitchen with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency — all while maintaining a great work-life balance.

The Role:As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your section, maintaining high culinary standards, and supporting the wider kitchen team. You will help deliver exceptional dishes in line with the standards expected in a fine dining setting.

• Previous experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality kitchen

• Ability to run a section with confidence and minimal supervision

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

• A team-oriented approach and a positive attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
