We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our re-opening team.

Exceptional food is an essential ingredient of the Royal Garden Hotel experience and we are currently seeking a hands-on Sous Chef who can supervise and organise the Kitchen, and be responsible for the brigade and specific areas in the Kitchen as specified by the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. This position will join a kitchen brigade under John Serhal's orientation as our appointed Executive Chef.

This position will help bring to life our new restaurant concept where provenance is a produce driven modern British restaurant where seasonality is celebrated in comfort and style. Cooking is heartfelt, wholesome and we treat our beautiful ingredients with the respect and care that they deserve! From farm to fork!
