Established in 2016, Vertical Future is a food tech company focused on improving population health by building a smarter, more sustainable food production and supply system. We develop technologies and build smart, high-tech production sites, primarily in urban centres, and grow a broad range of high-quality produce (primarily baby leaf salads, microherbs, and specialist herbs), traded under the brand name MiniCrops. The MiniCrops business currently supplies over 100 restaurants in London, many of them Michelin starred, and with our recent fundraise which will enable us to significantly increase our growing capacity throughout the city, we are looking to increase our reach in the London restaurant market.
