Food sits at the heart of the Llanerch experience. Our kitchens serve approximately £2.5 million in annual food revenue across multiple outlets, including Roots Restaurant – a 100-cover AA Rosette dining experience – alongside a busy weddings and events operation delivering high-quality food at scale.
We focus on modern British cuisine using seasonal produce, with an emphasis on consistency, strong kitchen leadership and delivering excellent guest experiences across both restaurant dining and large-scale events.
Llanerch has grown significantly over the past decade and is supported by an experienced management team and a well-established kitchen brigade. Our ambition is to continue developing our food offering while maintaining the balance between quality dining and the high-volume hospitality that makes Llanerch such a successful destination venue.
