AV Warehouse Manager

Our client who is an industry leader in live event production is seeking an AV Warehouse Manager to join their team. They are looking for an AV Warehouse Manager with great people management skills who will be responsible for the overall management and preparation of the AV equipment in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of permanent and freelance staff
- Arrange a team to load and unload the vans
- Over see the maintenance, cleaning and testing of equipment ensuring all health and safety is adhered to
- Keeping on top of stock control - to order for upcoming events
- Occasionally drive vans to different sites
- Carry out other warehouse duties as and when required
- The preparation of technical equipment and for use in private & corporate and outside events.
What do we require from you?
- Must have live event experience
- A knowledge of AV equipment is essential
- Must have excellent people management skills
- A deputy manager looking to take the next step or someone who has had AV warehouse management experience
- Ability to work within a busy environment with multiple processes happening at once
- Must be able to drive
