We're recruiting a talented Canapé Chef to join a premium Events Catering operation in South London, delivering exceptional food across some of London's most prestigious venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an events chef passionate about canapés, bowl food and premium hospitality, while being part of an organisation making a genuine difference through hospitality training and development.

Salary & Benefits

• £36,000-£40,000 DOE
• 39-hour contract

The Operation

• Premium events catering across London.
• Prestigious and iconic event venues.
• High-quality canapés and bowl food.

• Variety between kitchen production and live events.
• Strong focus on training and social impact.

The Role

• Prepare premium canapés, bowl food and event menus.
• Support the Head Chef with kitchen operations.
• Deliver multiple events to exceptional standards.
• Contribute to menu development and new ideas.
• Manage stock, ordering and food costs.
• Mentor and develop trainee chefs.
• Support live events across London.

About You

• Events Chef or Canapé Chef experience.
• Premium hospitality or events background.
• Strong fresh-food and presentation skills.
• Confident managing multiple events and deadlines.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing others.
• Organised, reliable and hands-on.
