We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a fast-paced and professional hospitality team, where you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality bespoke dishes.

What you'll be doing as a Hospitality CDP:

• Prepare and cook high quality dishes for fine dining and hospitality events
• Manage your section efficiently during service
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Work as part of a professional kitchen team

What you'll need to be our Hospitality CDP:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• Reliable, organised, and comfortable with early starts

• Passionate about fresh food and quality service
