Grace & Savour is a new restaurant on the Hampton Manor estate. Set within a working kitchen garden and engaged with a community group of growers and farmers. We are an intimate 26 seat restaurant that is looking to reconnect our guests with food through wonderful produce from growers across the British Isle that care for their land and the seas.

Head chef, David Taylor, has been out meeting farmers, growers and fishermen building a network from the British isles to create a shorter supply chain of farmers through relationship than suppliers. Using his experience from such restaurants as Purnell`s in Birmingham, Grace in Chicago, Relae in Copenhagen and Maaemo in Oslo, David is creating a restaurant that tells the story of growing and farming and how responding to nature rather than demanding from it we get incredible tasting food.

We are not only looking for justa chef but someone who is passionate about learning and facing the challenges of sustainability not as a limitation but a focus into incredible produce we can use when responding to nature rather than demanding from it. We want to do what we can to leave the land and seas in a better way than we found it.
