We are a leading Senior Living business dedicated to providing exceptional care and high-quality dining experiences for our residents. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where both residents and team members thrive.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef Manager to lead our kitchen operation at Martletts. This role blends leadership with hands-on delivery, covering both resident dining and the on-site café.
While the current schedule is typically Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, the role operates on a 5 out of 7 rota. There is a dedicated weekend chef in place, so the majority of shifts will remain weekday-focused, with occasional flexibility required.
A key part of this role is the ability to confidently deliver Level 4 puréed meals, ensuring all dietary and texture-modified requirements are met to the highest standard.
