Location: Oxfordshire, OX12 0DQ
Rate of Pay: £40,170.00 Per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, weekend availability required occasionally due to business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen during high-volume service, managing up to 200 covers at peak periods, ensuring consistent quality, timing, and presentation of high-end plated dishes, including the daily main course offer.
- Deliver a high-quality, budget-controlled menu with a focus on premium plated meals
- Manage, train, and support kitchen staff, ensuring strong performance, food safety compliance, and efficient service during peak periods.
- Drive culinary innovation and sales growth by delivering exceptional food standards, pushing boundaries, and leading from the front—collaborating closely with the team to showcase and maximise the use of seasonal and client-led products
- Managing up to 6 chefs
