Engineering Manager – Ultra-Luxury Resort – Bali
Salary Package: IDR 8 900 000 – 14 700 000
We are hiring locally and looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Department within a luxury resort environment.
About the role:
- You will oversee the resort’s buildings, villas, facilities, equipment and infrastructure, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability, presentation and operational excellence.
- The role requires a proactive, service-oriented leader who anticipates operational needs, prevents issues before they impact guests, and leads a highly efficient and responsive engineering team.
Skills:
- Proven engineering management experience in luxury hospitality
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong technical, leadership and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and problem-solving
- High standards of safety, quality and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration with operational and guest-facing departments
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for service excellence
