Salary: £60,000 to £66,000
Location: Central London / Multi-Site
Hours: 48 hours per week | Flexibility around events required

I'm recruiting an experienced Executive Head Chef to take overall culinary responsibility across a prestigious multi-site venue and events operation in Central London.

This is a big, varied role covering everything from fresh daytime dining and cafés through to premium hospitality and events. You'll have genuine influence over the food direction, menus, people and commercial performance across the operation.

The Operation

• Prestigious multi-site London operation.
• Multiple kitchens and food outlets.
• Fresh, seasonal food produced in-house.
• Restaurants, cafés and daytime dining.
• Premium hospitality and events.
• Canapés, bowl food, breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
• Established chef brigade across the portfolio.

The Role

• Lead the culinary operation across multiple locations.
• Develop seasonal menus and new food concepts.
• Lead and develop Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and kitchen teams.
• Drive food sales, events revenue and profitability.
• Manage budgets, GP, labour, stock and wastage.
• Develop bespoke menus for hospitality and events.
• Stay visible and hands-on within the kitchens.

About You

• Significant multi-site experience at Executive or Head Chef level.
• Strong fresh-food and seasonal cooking background.
• Experience across retail dining, hospitality and events.
• Proven experience developing commercially successful menus.
• Confident leading and developing large chef teams.
• Strong financial and operational understanding.
• Creative, commercially minded and passionate about food.
