F&B Manager – Ultra-Luxury Resort – Bali
Salary Package: IDR 14 000 000 – 16 000 000
We are seeking an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operation within a high-end luxury resort.
What you will do:
- You will oversee the overall operation of the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring exceptional, personalised and consistent dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.
- The role combines passionate leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance, while working closely with other departments to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
We’re looking for:
- Proven F&B management experience within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, locally and internationally.
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- A passion for exceptional food, beverage and service
- Strong commercial and operational awareness
