About the Role

Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment and keeping things running smoothly?

We’re looking for a Front of House Coordinator to join a modern flexible workspace, acting as the first point of contact for members and visitors. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, events, workspace operations and commercial support.

You’ll help create a positive experience for everyone using the space, build relationships with members, support local sales opportunities, and ensure the workplace is organised, professional and ready for business every day.

The Role

  • Welcome members and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Respond to enquiries, arrange workspace tours and support sales opportunities.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, events and additional services.
  • Help organise events and activities to encourage member engagement.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, member communications and social media ideas.
  • Oversee reception activities, calls, post and deliveries.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, shared spaces and refreshment areas are clean, organised and fully stocked.
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and building management teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Carry out building checks and help maintain health, safety and compliance standards.
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and other business systems.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, coworking or office administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and proactive approach.
  • Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing a variety of tasks.
  • Confident building relationships with members, visitors and external suppliers.
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in identifying opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Comfortable using business systems and CRM tools.
  • Fluent English; German language skills would be beneficial.

What’s on Offer

  • A varied role combining customer experience, events and workplace operations.
  • A friendly, collaborative working environment.
  • The opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day member experience.
  • Opportunities to develop your skills across customer service, sales and operations.
  • Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday.
