Ensuring there are sufficient staff allocated to all catering areas to cope with food preparation requirements.
Lead the brigade to successfully deliver the highest possible standard.
To be the point of contact to ensure all duties are completed.
Assist with recruitment and development.
In charge of food gross profit, food cost of sale, food stock takes and culinary department payroll costs.
Ensure you and your team follow personal hygiene rules and regulations.
Carry out food safety checks in line with legislations.
Receive all culinary goods entering the catering department.
