We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to take the helm of a well-regarded, high-volume operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader to drive standards and mentor a dedicated team.

The Role: Head Chef

• Position: Head Chef with brand experience  
• Salary: 50-60k salary with a potential £10,000 performance-related bonus (monthly)
• Hours: Structured 48-hour week, closed all day Monday
• Only 1 double per week and 1 weekend day off as standard
