  • Menu Development: Design and develop exciting, nutritious, and varied menus that cater to the tastes of our customers while staying within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring consistent quality and service. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring they meet our high standards for taste, quality, and appearance.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels and order supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is always well-stocked with fresh ingredients.
  • Budget Control: Monitor kitchen costs and work within budget, finding ways to maximize efficiency without compromising on quality.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the kitchen adheres to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded, taking feedback into account for continuous improvement.
  • Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment, with a strong background in menu planning, team management, and kitchen operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Creativity & Passion: A passion for food and creativity in the kitchen, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and quality, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the front-of-house team and other stakeholders.
  • Health & Safety Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
