We're looking for a senior operator to help an international hospitality group lead a major company-wide transformation to strengthen profitability and long-term performance, working directly alongside the CEO for an initial 3-6 month phase.
The role
- Help run a large-scale transformation programme spanning operational, portfolio, and commercial workstreams
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build structure and drive execution
- Support the transition of ownership to line managers as the programme matures
- Bring order and pace to a fast-evolving, high-visibility initiative
Profile
- Must have both a consulting background and hospitality industry experience
- Senior programme/project leadership experience
- Comfortable operating directly with C-level leadership
- International experience across complex organisations
- Available at short notice for an initial 3-4 days/week commitment
- Based in or willing to work from Amsterdam with occasionanal travel
