Junior / Sous Chef Live in New Premium

I'm looking for a strong CDP ready to progress to a more senior role for this beautiful and food driven hotel in the Cairngorms. Located a short distance from the busy resort town of Aviemore with skiing, fishing and hiking on your doorstep.

45 hrs a week in peak season and 35 hrs a week in the off season

5.6 weeks holiday a year

This small hotel boasts a great reputation for their casual fine dining and is keen to add awards and accolades.

You must have proven stability in previous kitchen roles, as the team are keen to add someone who's interested in developing with the hotel.
