Mixologist – VIP Lounges – Dubai

We are looking for a well-present Mixologist to join the team of a World-Class Brand in Dubai. As the Mixologist you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences across premium lounges.
- To lead bar operations, craft and innovate beverage menus, and ensure consistent, high-quality preparation and service.
- Train, coach, and supervise service teams while engaging guests through expert product knowledge and prompt feedback resolution.
- Manage inventory and cost control, uphold health, safety, and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Must have a High School Certification, Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- WSET 1,2 & 3 or other beverage certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a bar or as a bartender in the hospitality industry.
- Has good command in spoken and written English
- A positive and service-oriented attitude and excellent customer service skills and ability to handle a high-volume service environment and work under pressure
- Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
- Strong beverage knowledge and mixology skills, deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and ingredients and understanding beverage balancing.
- Ability to design creative beverage menus.
