We're recruiting a Relief Chef Manager to support a portfolio of premium Business & Industry contracts across London and the South East.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef Manager who enjoys variety. You'll support different kitchens, teams and mobilisations while maintaining a Monday to Friday, 40-hour working week.

The Role
- Provide Chef Manager cover across multiple sites.
- Lead kitchens during holidays and vacancies.
- Support new openings and mobilisations.
- Train and develop kitchen teams.
- Assist with food development projects.
- Complete site audits and compliance checks.
- Maintain excellent food, safety and operational standards.
About You
- Chef Manager or Relief Chef Manager experience.
- Strong Contract Catering or B&I background.
- Confident leading different kitchen teams.
- Fresh food and hospitality experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full driving licence and your own car essential.
- Flexible, reliable and comfortable travelling across the region.
