Senior Sous Chef - 5 Star Golf Clubhouse New Premium

An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading hotels in the country. The incredibly strong management team is looking to add strength to their popular golf clubhouse following a successful summer.

Utilising some of the world's finest produce in an immaculately equipped kitchen and working under a calm and knowledgeable Head Chef, you'll be required to run the kitchen in his absence and work collaboratively when together. Full training in existing systems will be provided in a friendly and staff focussed working environment.
