We're recruiting an ambitious Sous Chef to join a premium Business & Industry catering operation in Hammersmith, West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a food-focused Sous Chef to join a small, close-knit kitchen team delivering a fresh breakfast and lunch offer within a prestigious corporate environment.

The Role
- Support the Chef Manager with the daily kitchen operation.
- Prepare and deliver fresh breakfast and lunch menus.
- Breakfast service from 8:00am-10:00am.
- Lunch service from 12:00pm-2:00pm.
- Contribute to seasonal menus and new food ideas.
- Support menu costings, ordering and stock control.
- Maintain excellent allergen and food safety compliance.
- Drive food quality, consistency and presentation.
About You
- Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie experience.
- Contract Catering, Business & Industry or quality fresh food background.
- Passionate about fresh food and menu development.
- Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.
- Organised and confident working within a compact kitchen.
- Reliable, hands-on and a strong team player.
- Ambitious and looking to progress into kitchen management.
