Job Role: Sous Chef  

Food Style: Premium seafood focused

Restaurant Size: 110

Daily Covers: 80-200

Contracted Hours: 48

Brigade size: 5- 6 Chefs

Salary: 35k basic plus tronc

Report to: Executive Chef

Location: Lymington - Near Southampton

Nearest transport: Lymington town Overground

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team in a premium members club on the south coast We are looking for an experienced sous chef to help run service for this multi-outlet business steeped in history.

Your role will be hands on, cooking high quality fresh ingredients in a premium service environment, reporting to senior management. Your role will be to help train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.

There is 2 restaurants within the site, one serving premium a la carte and the other more relaxed all day dining. All the food is sources within 20kilometers from the site and there is seasonal menu changes.

This would suit a sous chef that has worked in a restaurant hotel or gastropub operation, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants with fresh food or seafood. An amazing opportunity for an aspiring chef -  Apply today!
