Location: London SE16 3DH
Rate of Pay: £40,500 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 06:00am - 14:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
- To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
- To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
- To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
- To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and
order necessary ingredients - 700-1200 covers per week. 700 weekly for staff feeding up to 500 covers for hospitality/events.
- Sous Chef would mainly look after events whilst generally supporting the Head Chef.
- Managing 2 CDP's
