Our client is an event company who are experts in offering elegant event solutions by supporting event organisers with the venue finding and event management. We are looking for a Venue Finder to join to their fun and dynamic team and you will be responsible for sourcing event venues for clients ensuring all brief requirements are met.
What you will get

- A salary of £25,000 – negotiable.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries and venue finds from initial enquiry to completion of booking.
- Negotiate the best rates on behalf of clients.
- Make sure all telephone calls are answered and deadlines are met.
- Produce high quality proposals and confirmation documents.
- Build and develop good relationships with suppliers.
What do we require from you?
- Someone who has a desire to work and progress their career within the events industry.
- Previous experience within event venue finding, hotels or hospitality is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience within a client facing or fast paced environment is essential.
- Must be able to multitask and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Have a great attention to detail.
