The restaurant is owner-operated by in-house wine expert, Robert Maynard alongside husband & wife team James Thomson & Faye Hudson, all of which have spent years managing high-calibre restaurants locally. You will have achievable targets to meet to ensure a quarterly bonus is met to support the ongoing success & customer satisfaction of the business.
