A Grade 2 listed, stone-built manor house standing on the edge of Baslow, a picturesque village in Derbyshire. The glorious countryside of the Peak District is right on our doorstep.
Our kitchen crew take full advantage of fantastic, fresh, seasonal, local Derbyshire, and British produce. Where possible, many of the vegetables and herbs used are grown in Baslow Hall’s lovingly tended kitchen garden.
Fischer’s is professional yet relaxed and friendly, a home from home where guests can enjoy being pampered and refreshed; a roaring log fire in the lounge for wintery days, or stunning landscaped gardens to make the most of an English summer.
