We are situated in Malta's capital Valletta on one of the busiest streets in the City. The business is a family owned bistro type, French-Mediterranean cuisine offering daily specials in addition to our fixed menu. Owned and managed by two brothers, Oswald and Jerome, involved in the catering business for over 20 years, experiencing the journey in Malta's culinary shift from traditional to a more sophisticated cuisine. Oswald has left his mark in various International eateries and has been equally successful in a number of renowned restaurants in Malta. Oswald was trained by the world renowned Chef, Andrew Fairlie at the Gleneagles Hotel in Scotland. He was part of the team when the Gleneagles Hotel restaurant was awarded the second Michelin Star.
